International Orders:
We use International Express Service for all international deliveries. Usually, goods will be shipped out 2-3 days after receiving the order. Please allow around 5-15 Business days from dispatch. Additional delays may occur during the months of September to March due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. 29% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges:
To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason, and then we can provide you with further instructions. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All luxuryfasion shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
Returns:
In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.
To return an item, please email us luxuryfasion@hotmail.com at first and also the reason of returning. We will then provide you with further instructions. Once the items were returned, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding 29% re-stocking/processing fee and US$30 return fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us for returning shipping address before sending the items back. All luxuryfasion items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. All the returned shoes should be sent to the shipping address we email you.
